Low Fat Scourge
 
Everything is low fat these days except the people in the supermarket!

Maybe we should rethink this modern trend to remove some of the unpopular nutrients from our foods. What value is there in low-fat milk, low-fat coconut milk, lean-meat. Surely we are taking out the good fats, and then just replacing them with calories from somewhere else. Sometimes a starchy replacement or sometimes it is the refined vegetable oils that find there way into our diet through some other unsuspecting food.

Do your body a favour and eat the entire food, including the fat on the chop, and then you wont need to eat those biscuits later. You will have the energy you need and the nutrients!


Low fat diets (depleted of natural fats) can result in, or worsen many problems, here are two:

Depression & Bipolar Disorder
Obesity

Diabetes is another result of a low fat diet.  So is blindness and  organ malfunction.

Psorasis is also another result of a low fat diet.  So is dryness of the skin; dryness of the hair; and dehydration.  So is problems with ovulation.

Aggression or agitation is a sign of low fat levels.  I was severely stressed to such a degree when my fat level was low.
